This film is inspired by the writer/director’s 3 years as a night receptionist for Conway Recording Studios, a historic studio in Hollywood.

It is an homage to the engineers, studio runners, receptionists, assistants–

those who orbit greatness daily…

but may never be a star themselves.

🎭 Meet our award-winning casting directors, Liz Ludwitzke (@lizwitzke) & Jordana Sapiurka (@jsapiurka)!! We could not believe our luck when Liz and Jordana agreed to help cast Pop Screen. Already well-known in the industry and a part of the legendary Denise Chamian Casting team—these gals cast some big-time projects: Transformers, Baz Luhrmann’s Elvis, Top Gun, and The Man in the High Castle (just to name a few). 🔥 🏆 And just last week, both Liz and Jordana were nominated for an EMMY, with Jordana taking home the trophy!! We are beyond lucky to have had their expertise, passion, and incredible eye shaping our cast. The ensemble they procured for our film is truly top notch….
